Brooms on my in-law’s back porch.
Signs of the times. I remember when they only put one dish on the house, not two.
These are roots from a pot my mother-in-law dumped out in the flower bed. They didn’t pot the plant again so the roots bound up so bad it died.
Bricks in my in-law’s backyard.

Chipboard letters I am covering with scrapbook paper for my Christmas gifts this year. This is one part of the puzzle. I am painting canvas and Mod Podging stripes of scrapbook paper that is torn into small pieces. I used Mod Podge on the chipboard letters to attach the scrapbook paper. I will have a photo of the finish project soon.

Bird Watch!!!
Recently on the local 10 p.m. news they showed a picture of a pelican in one of our area lakes. My husband spotted two today near the National Guard Armory over by the airport in Lubbock. There is a pond/lake in front of the armory. He said he didn’t have time to stop and take a photo with his camera phone. There were two white pelicans on the lake around 3:15 p.m.
He always see stuff out at the airport. He sees coyotes, foxes, birds (all kinds), prairie dogs, etc. He saw a pheasant not too long ago.

Statue of Mary in my in-law’s yard. It is pretty when the sun is making shadows on it. Black and white photos make it even more interesting.
Front hallway of my in-law’s house. It is interesting in the sunlight.

Photo #108: Final Rose for the season? It is still around and surprised that it is still here. It is protected by the house is the reason they still have roses on the bushes this late in the season. This is at my in-law’s house.
